Krasnoyarsk ambulance workers told the stories of salvation of patients from their practice.
The Ministry of Health reminded that today, April 28, ambulance officers celebrate their professional holiday. Emergency medical care in the regional capital is provided by the Krasnoyarsk ambulance station, including 6 substations and operational department. Brigades are divided into general profile and specialized. In the year, the brigades perform about 400 thousand exits, per day their number may exceed a thousand. The trips are emergency, in which there is a threat to life, as well as urgent ones, when there is no such threat.
The doctor of the anesthesiology group of substation No. 5 Yegor Kuznetsov spoke about the salvation of the child. A 13-year-old boy received an electric trauma.
“At the prehospital stage, the child survived two clinical deaths. When we arrived, the child was no longer breathing. The first resuscitation lasted about 15 minutes. We managed to get our hearts. Before transportation, a re -stop of blood circulation occurred. We set about the second resuscitation. It was successfully completed. They took the child to a hospital, ”the doctor shared.
His colleague from substation No. 6 Maxim Soromotin shared the story of an adult patient. A 45-year-old man from night felt in his chest, but still went to work. When he became completely ill, he returned home and called an ambulance.
“On the ECG, the patient had a myocardial infarction. With us during assistance, he had a sudden cardiac arrest. We immediately started resuscitation. Within an hour, his heart stopped 4 times and 4 times we successfully reanimated him. In the car, he already opened his eyes and was taken to a hospital, ”said Maxim Soromotin.
Another resuscitator working at substation No. 1, Dmitry Churin, spoke about another case of a heart attack. At that moment, the doctor was just starting to work and traveled with a general profile brigade: “We came to a woman 60 years old. She complained about general weakness and low pressure. During the inspection, we realized that she has a heart attack, a painless form. We helped her and took her to the BSMP. On the threshold of the hospital, she lost consciousness and the skin became gray-blue. In the intensive care room, along with the BSMP resuscitator, they began to help her jointly. I did an indirect heart massage, and my colleague was defibrillation. Thanks to this, the patient managed to save. ”
The chief physician of the Krasnoyarsk ambulance station Sergei Skripkin about the ambulance noted that work on an ambulance is difficult and very responsible, but interesting.
“She gives an invaluable experience. One of the most valuable qualities of a sudden clinical thinking. It happens that the ambulance was called, but the pain has already passed. It would seem that everything is fine, but it is here that the doctor should understand “something wrong” and find the reason, ”the doctor noted.
