In Krasnoyarsk, a traditional expanded meeting of the board of the Ministry of Finance of the Territory was held. Experts summed up the results of 2024 and outlined plans for the future.
The event was attended by more than 450 people, among them: heads and representatives of territorial bodies, heads of municipalities and financial services. As part of his speech, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Krasnoyarsk Territory-Minister of Finance Vladimir Bakhar noted that last year the revenues and expenses of the consolidated budget of the region for the first time exceeded 520 billion rubles, and the main parameters of the financial document developed within 430 billion rubles. Among other things, 95 % of the territories showed an increase in tax and non -tax income.
“In the conditions of external challenges, we managed to ensure the solution of many tasks indicated by the leadership of the country and the region, preserving the balance and stability of the financial system. This is our general result, so I want to thank everyone for the joint coordinated work, ”said Vladimir Bahar.
He also added that the main task for the Ministry for 2025 is the financial support of new national projects. Specialists keep a course on the development of tax potential and an increase in income, improving the state program management system, ensuring the continuity of the budget process during the reform of local self -government, increasing financial literacy and culture of the population and active interaction with local residents.
Recall that the tradition of holding colleges was laid down in 2003 by the head of the Main Financial Administration, now Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak. It was preserved by all subsequent leaders of the regional Finorgan: Mikhail Kotyukov-currently the Governor of the Territory, Deputy Head of Krasnoyarsk-the head of the Department of Finance Roman Odintsov and Deputy Prime Minister of the Krasnoyarsk Territory-Minister of Finance Vladimir Bakhar.
