Socialist Antonio Jose Seguro won Sunday's presidential elections in Portugal. In the second round of elections, he was supported by a record 3.45 million voting citizens. The turnout was 50.1 percent. His rival, the leader of the populist-right Chega party, Andre Ventura, received 33.18 percent. votes.
