In the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, the first shift complex of a new level in Russia was opened-for life, work and rest.
Built him “Gazprom Neft” at the field named after Alexandra Zagrin, 500 km from Khanty-Mansiysk. The complex of 12.5 thousand m² is designed for hundreds of specialists participating in the strategic project of the company for the development of plots in the Khmao-Yugra and the Tyumen region with a potential of 500 million tons of oil.
The conditions of the level of megacities have been created for watchmen: residential and office blocks, a two-story gym, a dining room with a buffet, a round-the-clock cafe, a store, a spa zone, a cinema, a hairdresser, a massage room, a library and a VR center. The opening was attended by the deputy chairman of the government Alexander Novak and the governor of the region Ruslan Kukharuk. The building was assembled using frame technology from autonomous elements to reduce construction time and quickly ensure comfort for employees.
