At a school in the Achinsk region, students were served an omelet with blue streaks for breakfast. The children and parents decided that the dish was moldy. Rospotrebnadzor has already taken charge of the situation.

According to the newspaper “City “A””, the incident occurred at the Malinovskaya school. According to the parents, the canteen worker tried to explain the incident as oxidation of the baking sheet. School director Natalya Plekhanova confirmed this version: “The chefs used new baking trays for the first time to prepare omelettes – apparently, the interaction of egg white with the coating gave such a reaction.”

At the same time, the parents noted that this is not the first case of problems with nutrition – previously, hair was found in food.

Rospotrebnadzor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory responded to the publications on social networks and issued an official warning to the educational institution about the inadmissibility of violations. Department specialists took the situation under strict control.

The school management promised to conduct an internal investigation, checking both the cooking technology and the quality of the new baking sheets. “Until we find out all the circumstances, the omelette will not be prepared in these baking sheets,” assured Natalya Plekhanova.
