A 37-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk will appear before trial for robbery in a flower store.
As the police said, everything happened in July this year. The man in a black mask went to the outlet on the street 60 years of October and demanded to give him all the money. At the same time, he demonstrated an object similar to a fighting shell. The saleswoman told the raider that there was no cash at the checkout. After that, he left, and the woman called the police.
The attacker was detained in hot pursuit far from the scene of the crime and opened a criminal case against him under part 2 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “robbery committed using items used as a weapon. ” During the search of his dwelling, the police found a plastic toy, which he threatened the saleswoman.
The Krasnoyarsk vessels are waiting for in custody, it can be punished by deprivation of liberty for up to 10 years. Previously, he was already convicted – for property crimes.
