In Norilsk, a couple sued the management company for more than 100 thousand rubles for damaged repairs

A couple from Norilsk collected damages from the management company through the court for damaged repairs.

The press service of Rospotrebnadzor in the Krasnoyarsk Territory said that the couple live on the 9th floor and their apartment was flooded by water from the roof after renovation. As a result, the house was damaged suspended ceiling, decorative finishing, linoleum and built-in wardrobe.

The cause of the flood was poor maintenance of the roof by the management company Nordservice LLC. Company admitted guilt and signed an agreement to voluntarily pay 71,434 rubles for repairs to August 17, 2025. The deadline has passed, but the owners of the money didn't receive.

As a result The victims contacted Rospotrebnadzor. WITHspecialists departments prepared a lawsuit and defended consumer rights in court.

The court recovered from management company in favor everyone from spouses 56,575 rubles each, including: 35,717 rubles – compensation for material damage (exactly half of the original amount under the agreement), 2,000 rubles – compensation for moral damage for the stress and inconvenience experienced, 18,858 rubles – a fine in the amount of 50% of the amount collected as punishment for evading voluntary execution.

The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
