In the Krasnoyarsk Territoryand the position of prosecutor of the closed city of Zelenogorsk was appointed to the position of justice adviser Ivan Khokhlov.

Ivan Khokhlov is 41 years old. IN In June 2005, he graduated from the Irkutsk Higher Military Aviation Engineering School with a degree in “Technical Operation of Aircraft and Engines.” Afterwards he served in the military as a ship's aviation technician, deputy commander of a technical company for the technical part of an airfield technical support battalion. In 2012, he graduated from the Russian Academy of Justice by correspondence and received a diploma in Jurisprudence. In September 2013, he was hired by the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as an assistant prosecutor of the Abansky district. Subsequently, he held the positions of assistant, senior assistant of the Kansk Interdistrict Prosecutor, prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the department for supervision of the implementation of legislation in the field of economics and nature conservation of the department for supervision of the implementation of federal legislation of the regional prosecutor's office. Since April 2022, he served as Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Married, has two minor children.

Taking into account the specifics of a closed administrative-territorial entity the city of Zelenogorsk and socio-economic tasks, regional prosecutor Roman Tyutyunik outlined the main areas of work to Ivan Khokhlov. This: oversight of the legality of refusals of social support measures for pensioners, veterans and disabled people; control over the queue for the provision of social housing and the exercise of powers of the owner of the municipal fund; organization of a waste management system for hazard classes I–II and resumption of operation of the landfill; completion of the execution of judicial acts issued on the claims of the prosecutor; control over the timeliness of initiation of criminal cases and compensation for damage caused by crimes; compiling a register of crimes from past years and ensuring their disclosure; prevention of remote theft and supervision of compliance with legislation by telecom operators; checking the living conditions and rights of children, including the disabled and orphans, strengthening the prevention of teenage crime; control over compliance with anti-corruption legislation in the areas of the budget, real estate, forest management and implementation of national projects.
