The man who killed the 32-year-old Oka driver faces up to 15 years in prison. Or a life sentence if the second victim dies.
Previously, the shooter was armed with a Makarov pistol – he fired at least five bullets at the car, several of them hit Mikhail Kutuzov (pictured) and 48-year-old passenger Alexei Sokolovsky. The first died on the spot, the second was urgently hospitalized, and is now in the operating room.
Law enforcement officers opened criminal cases under the articles “Preparation for a crime and attempted crime,” “Murder,” and “Attempted murder of two or more persons.” If Sokolovsky dies, the Kruzak driver faces life imprisonment.
Right now the “Interception” plan has been announced in the region. The police stop all the cars. According to one version, the driver of the Kruzak fled the crime scene, changed cars and drove to a neighboring region. He is tall, of medium build and has a beard.
