The legendary Dagestan commentator Ramazan Rabadanov was detained in Makhachkala. Preliminarily, this is connected with the case of riots at the Makhachkala airport in October 2023.
According to relatives, on the evening of November 6, unknown persons detained Ramazan on Lenin Street in Makhachkala, put a grenade in his jacket and took him to a temporary detention center. But the commentator managed to call his loved ones and tell them everything. The official reason for the detention is not yet known.
Relatives are sure that this is connected with the case of the pogrom at the Makhachkala airport – Rabadanov often went to trials and supported the accused.
Ramazan became famous in 2008, when his commentary on the legendary match between Russia and the Netherlands went viral on the Internet. In Dagestan, they learned about him back in the 90s – he voiced Rings promotion tournaments, freestyle wrestling, dog fights, Hollywood films and everything, everything, everything.
