Bailiffs in Krasnoyarsk executed a court decision to transfer the minor child to the mother.

The press service of the GUFSSP in the region said that last year Krasnoyarsk man took his young daughter to the checkpoint V Zheleznogorske, Where at that time the girl lived with her mother. However, at the time appointed for the daughter’s return, the father did not bring the girl back and told his ex-wife that the child would live with him in Krasnoyarske.

To return her daughter, the woman was forced to go to court. After the end of the proceedings, the court decided to hand over the minor child to the mother.

“In January 2026 year, the court decision entered into legal force. In February, the corresponding writ of execution was received by the department of bailiffs for the execution of writs of execution on the collection of alimony payments. “As part of the enforcement proceedings, the bailiff handed the man a demand, held a conversation about the need to immediately hand over the child to the mother and warned about administrative liability in case of failure to comply with the court decision,” – clarified by the department.

To hand the child over to the mother, the bailiff went with her to the debtor's address. As a result, the girl was handed over to mother.
