“The tragedy miraculously did not happen; applications for catching were sent through the 005 service,” reports the local telegram channel “Solontsy: Solving Problems Together.”
One of the residents also found out that dogs live in booths on the river bank, and a certain woman claims that the animals belong to her and protect the territory on which some buildings are located.
