In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the investigation of the criminal case against the former head of the Taseevsky district, Konstantin Dizendorf, has been completed.

The regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation recalled that he is accused of exceeding official powers out of mercenary and other personal interest (clause “e” of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and negligence (Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to the investigation, from May 2021 to April 2025, the ex-official was in charge of the district and knew for sure that 23 orphans were on the waiting list for housing. Despite this, he did not hold auctions for the purchase of apartments for 4 years, which violated the rights and legitimate interests of those in need.

In December 2023 and May 2024, the district administration received applications from an individual entrepreneur to lease land plots to create a peasant farm. (farm) farms. Violating the procedure for considering such applications, the ex-head of the district refused to provide land, and then registered it in the name of another entrepreneur — your relative.

Currently, there is a ban on certain actions against Konstantin Diesendorf. The criminal case has been sent to the prosecutor's office for approval of the indictment. After that, it will go to court for consideration on the merits.
