If the elections were held next Sunday, the Civic Coalition could count on 31.8 percent. support, PiS 26.2% and Konfederacja 14%. – according to a United Surveys survey for wp.pl. The Confederation of the Crown of Poland would also enter the Sejm with a result of 7.1%. and the Left with a result of 5.9 percent.

The survey by United Surveys was published by Wirtualna Polska on Monday. It shows that currently the Civic Coalition enjoys the greatest support with 31.8 percent support. (this is an increase of 0.9 percentage points compared to the survey from the beginning of January), while PiS is in second place with 26.2%. support (increase by 0.3%). The podium is closed by Confederation, for which 14 percent declared to vote. respondents (increase by 2.8 percentage points).

Grzegorz Braun's Konfederacja Korony Polskiej would also get into the Sejm with a result of 7.1%. (decrease by 2.6 percentage points) and the Left, for which 5.9 percent would vote. respondents (decrease by 2.3 percentage points).

Outside the parliament would be: PSL with the support of 4.8 percent. (an increase of 1.6 percentage points compared to the last survey), the Razem party with 2.7 percent. support (decrease by 1.7 percentage points) and Poland 2050 with support of 2.3 percentage points. (increase by 0.3 percentage points).

5.2 percent respondents asked which party they would vote for answered: “I don't know” or “it's hard to say”; this is an increase of 0.7 points. percent since the last poll.

Wirtualna Polska notes, however, that despite KO's first place, the party would not be able to form a government, even in coalition with the Left. According to analyses, KO could count on 190 seats in the Sejm, PiS 153 seats, Konfederacja 72, KKP 26, and the Left – 19. Together with the Left, KO would have 209 votes, while the majority in the Polish Sejm needed for stable governance is 231 votes.

However, as wp.pl writes, the absolute majority in the Sejm would be held by the “right-wing bloc”, i.e. PiS, Konfederacja and KKP, which together would have 251 seats.

The United Surveys survey was conducted on January 16-18 this year. using CATI (telephone interviews) and CAWI (internet interviews) methods on a representative sample of 1,000 adult Poles. (PAP)
