In Krasnoyarsk, another barracks was demolished on Semafornaya

On the right bank of Krasnoyarsk, at the KRT site, the fifth emergency building was demolished – a two-story barracks at 385 Semafornaya Street.

The building was built in 1934 and housed 29 people. “The developer resettled people in comfortable apartments at his own expense. Now specialists are finishing cleaning the area,” the urban planning department said.

We would like to remind you that in 2022, the city administration signed an agreement on the integrated development of three non-adjacent territories on Vavilova and Semafornaya streets with LLC IC SibLider. According to the conditions, the developer must resettle and demolish 9 emergency houses, build and transfer to the municipality two premises for preschool educational institutions, complete the construction of the Vodnik sports complex, partially reconstruct Vuzovsky Lane, update utility networks in the areas, build parking lots and driveways, and improve the space.

Currently, there are 4 unsafe houses left to be resettled and demolished. The design of the sports complex is being finalized, some of the engineering networks have been updated.

The contract is valid until 2032.
