In Krasnoyarsk, police placed two young girls who were in a socially dangerous situation in a specialized institution.

The day before, the duty department received a message that in one of the apartments of the house on Norilskaya Street there were sisters without proper supervision: almost one 3 years, second 1.7 years. Arriving at the specified address, law enforcement officers found a drunken father of children and strangers in the apartment.

“The girls were placed in a social children's institution. A protocol was drawn up against the father under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation „Failure of a parent to fulfill the duties of maintaining and educating minors.” It was established that the 29-year-old mother of the children was deprived of parental rights, and the 30-year-old father had previously been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for improper performance of parental responsibilities and was on preventive registration,” said the Krasnoyarskoe Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Currently, juvenile affairs inspectors are continuing their investigation.
