According to the mother of a 12-year-old boy, he played at an abandoned construction on the 1st Khabarovsk street in the Oktyabrsky district of the city. At some point, he fell into the elevator shaft on the second floor. The boy was hospitalized. He is in a hospital with a concussion.

“Only miraculously managed to avoid death, literally one centimeter. At the same time, the abandoned building is located near two schools. Near school No. 84 and school No. 72. Children can get into a dangerous territory freely – the building is not fenced in any way. I think this is absolutely unacceptable. Negligence is obvious, ”said Pavel Pugachev.

He said that he had already written appeals to the prosecutor’s office and in the trace, and also asked the Stroynadzor service to take measures. He also asked his parents to conduct conversations with children about the danger of such objects.
