Donald Trump announced in an entry on the Truth Social website that he had “wonderful” talks with Kasym-Jomart Tokayev, the president of Kazakhstan, and Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the president of Uzbekistan. During the talks, issues related to peace in current conflicts and possibilities of increasing trade cooperation between the countries were raised. The US president emphasized that he describes relations with Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as “spectacular”.

Trump announced that the leaders of both countries will be invited as guests to the G20 summit, which will be held on December 14-15, 2026. at his Trump National Doral Miami resort. According to previous information provided by the Department of State, Florida will be the meeting place of world leaders.

At the beginning of September, President Karol Nawrocki, during his visit to Washington, confirmed that he had received an invitation from President Trump to the G20 summit. In turn, Marcin Przydacz, head of the International Policy Office in the Chancellery of the President, took part in the December preparatory meetings in the USA, where – as he emphasized – Poland was “very well received” by the G20 countries.
The G20 group, which includes 19 countries, the European Union and the African Union, is responsible for approximately 85 percent. world GDP and over 75 percent global trade.
