Donald Trump's White House gallery of presidents calls “Sleepy Joe Biden” the worst president in history and “Barack Hussein Obama” as “one of the most divisive political figures.” These descriptions can be found on newly installed plaques under the presidents' portraits.

The new plaques complement the gallery Trump opened months ago in the colonnade on the south side of the White House. On Wednesday, plaques with their descriptions were placed under photographs of US presidents. An equally mocking caption was attached to the “portrait” of Biden, which shows not his face but a signature machine (Trump claims that Biden's use of the machine shows that he was not the one making the decisions).
“Sleepy Joe Biden was – by far – the worst president in American history,” reads the first sentence of the description. It went on to say that he came to power in “the most unfair elections ever seen in the United States” and that under Biden there were a series of disasters that “brought the country to the brink of destruction.” The board lists the failures of Trump's predecessor, including the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, which – as we read – was also intended to provoke Russia into aggression against Ukraine and Hamas attacks in Israel. The inscription also talks about Biden's “nicknames” given to him by Trump – “Sleepy Joe” and “Scam Joe”, as well as Trump's eventual victory in the 2024 election and “SAVING AMERICA”.
Critical descriptions were also posted under photos of other Trump predecessors, including Barack Obama.
Donald Trump continues to devalue his predecessors. Under the portraits of US presidents that he hung in the White House, he placed boards with critical texts about some of them:

“Barack Hussein Obama was the first black president, community organizer, senator from Illinois and one of the most divisive political figures in history,” the caption reads. The boards also blame Obama for the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the occupation of Crimea, as well as the spread of the “ISIS caliphate.” Bill Clinton's description, in turn, mentions that his wife Hillary “lost the presidency to President Donald J. Trump!” The caption under the portrait of Trump himself lists his successes and the extent of his electoral victory in 2016.
