The main fat topic of the month – fat will burn, and the stomach will deflate before December 31: when you are lazy, but want to tighten your figure

Chinese exercises for the abdomen and figure also help digestion. During execution, you feel intense muscle work, and after a couple of minutes you get more tired than from regular walking or other exercises. The author of the Healthy channel (16+) offers three effective exercises for working out the figure, and most importantly, the abdomen.

Walking on your toes

This exercise stimulates lymphatic drainage, activates metabolism and promotes fat burning, reducing body volume.

How to do it:

  • Stand straight, rise on your toes.
  • Start walking in place on your toes at a fast pace, taking short steps.
  • Continue the exercise for as long as you can, for example 1-2 minutes.
  • Then take a break or alternate with just walking in place.

Example: 1 minute of walking on your toes, 1-2 minutes of regular walking. Repeat cycles for 5–15 minutes.

Fat melter standing still

Provides a pronounced lymphatic drainage effect, helps reduce swelling and excess fat.

Important! If you have lower back problems, it is recommended to avoid this exercise or perform it very slowly and carefully.

How to do it:

  • Stand straight, spread your arms to the sides shoulder-width apart.
  • Place your hands on your belt.
  • Begin to rhythmically move your pelvis left and right.
  • Do the exercise for 5–10 minutes.

Walking in place

Provides a boost of vigor and energy, tightens the stomach and legs.

How to do it:

  • Stand up straight, raise your arms above your head.
  • Place your feet shoulder-width apart or slightly wider.
  • Take a step with your right foot to the left (behind your left leg), move your arms behind your back and clap.
  • Return to the starting position.
  • Repeat the exercise with your left leg.
  • Alternate movements for 1-5 minutes.
