On December 19, Ukrainian culinary Instagram blogger Alexander Ogorodnik shared on Instagram how to cook chicken breast or fillet perfectly.

The gardener noted that according to this recipe, the chicken fillet turns out incredibly juicy and tender, and not rubbery and tasteless.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 tbsp. l salt;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 5 black peppercorns;
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • a sprig of parsley and dill.

Preparation

  1. Place all the spices in the water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, add the meat to the pan and bring to a boil again.
  3. After this, turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the meat against the grain. This will make it even juicier.
