Just 25 minutes in the oven and you get tender meat under a fur coat. Incredibly delicious snack recipe

On December 17, the author of the Ukrainian culinary YouTube channel “Culinary Recipes from Nadia” told how to cook meatballs under a fur coat in the oven.

According to the food blogger, the meat under the vegetable coat turns out to be nourishing, very tasty and tender. The author of the video noted that this dish is suitable for both everyday and festive menus.

Products

  • 600 g minced pork;
  • onion; 1 potato;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

For the filling

  • 250 g champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • salt and black pepper to taste;
  • mozzarella cheese or any hard cheese.

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and grate the carrots.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into cubes.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and fry the onions and carrots until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer vegetables to a plate.
  4. In the same pan, fry the mushrooms until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix vegetables with mushrooms. Add mayonnaise.
  6. Grind the onion, potatoes and garlic in a blender. Mix with minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir.
  7. Form the minced meat into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  8. Form the balls into flat pancakes.
  9. Place the vegetable mixture on the meat pieces, sprinkle with grated cheese and apply a mayonnaise mesh.
  10. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
