In Krasnoyarsk, patrol officers helped men freezing on the road get home. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region spoke about this.
While on the patrol route, the police patrol crew, consisting of junior police lieutenant Alexander Lostik, police sergeant Ivan Sannikov and junior police sergeant Nikita Rukosuev, noticed a parked car on the side of one of the city streets. Two men stood near the car.
The police stopped to check if the citizens needed help. It turned out that the car stalled due to low air temperature, and the driver was unable to start it on his own.

“The men spent a long time outside and became very cold. The situation was complicated by the fact that one of them had recently suffered a leg injury and was forced to move with the help of crutches,” law enforcement agencies reported.
The police invited Krasnoyarsk residents into a patrol car so that they could warm up. Having assessed the health condition of one of them and realizing that further stay on the street could be dangerous, police officers decided to take the men home.
Krasnoyarsk residents expressed gratitude to the PPSP employees for their responsiveness, concern and timely assistance.
