Răzvan Burleanu found his godfather! A former member of the Golden Generation came to the hack

Răzvan Burleanu definitively lost the lawsuit he had in court with Florin Prunea, the former goalkeeper of the national team. On December 4, the ICCJ won the former goalkeeper's case, in the legal conflict that began in 2021.

He wanted 500,000 lei
Almost 5 years ago, Răzvan Burleanu complained to the Golden Generation component and requested from it: the cessation of any statements considered defamatory, the payment of moral damages in the amount of 500,000 lei and the payment of court costs
In December 2021, the Bucharest Court rejected as unfounded the request of the president of the FRF and forced him to pay the court costs of the former international, in the amount of 4,162 RON.
The judges cited that Florin Prunea expressed his critical opinions as a former footballer of the national team and that he did not intend to denigrate Burleanu, his statements falling within the limits of the right to free expression, guaranteed by the Constitution.
The president of the FRF appealed the decision, but the Bucharest Court of Appeal again gave the former goalkeeper a win. Later, Răzvan Burleanu also went to the High Court of Cassation and Justice, where he also received the final verdict. On December 4, the courts also won the case to Florin Prunea.
In the trial with Daniel Prodan, however, the court won Burleanu's case, considering that the former footballer denigrated the head of the federation. Burleanu was elected with 28,000 euros.
