They want to recover 12.5 million rubles in favor of the family of a boy who died from dogs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The Berezovsky District Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit for compensation for moral and material damage to the parents and brother of a 10-year-old boy who died from dog bites at the end of October in SNT “Teremok”.

Let us remind you that TThe child's body was found with traces of multiple bites. According to law enforcement officers, the boy walked across the field from his house to a familiar shepherd to go with him to graze livestock. The child was later found dead by people passing by in a car.

According to the joint press service of the courts, during the investigation the prosecutor's office came to the conclusion that responsibility for what happened lies with the local service “Customer”. Therefore, the prosecutor asks the court to recover compensation from the institution in the amount of 4 million rubles for the father of the deceased, 4 million rubles for his mother and 4 million rubles for his brother. In addition, the claim includes a demand for compensation for funeral expenses in the amount of 462 thousand rubles.

Let us add that after the death of the boy, the chairman of the Krasnoyarsk public animal protection organization “My Dog” was detained. A woman suspected of providing services that did not meet security requirements was sent to a pre-trial detention center. The investigation was taken under control by the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
