Container transportation on the Krasnoyarsk Railway increased by 9.2% in January – November

Over the 11 months of 2025, 225 thousand TEU containers were transported to Krasnodar Railways in all types of traffic, which exceeds the result of the same period last year by 9.2%.

84 thousand TEUs were sent in domestic traffic (+10.6% compared to January – November 2024), in export traffic – 141 thousand TEUs (+8.4%).

The number of loaded containers sent in all types of traffic increased by 9.7% and amounted to 155.4 thousand TEU (2 million 612 thousand tons of cargo were transported, with an increase of 12.7%).

At the same time, there was an increase in container transportation:

  • non-ferrous metals – 38.1 thousand TEU (an increase of 1.5 times by January – November 2025);

  • chemicals and soda – 6.3 thousand TEU (+0.4%);

  • other and groupage cargo – 5 thousand TEU (increase by 1.7 times);

  • non-ferrous ores and sulfur raw materials – 3.2 thousand TEU (an increase of 3.7 times);

  • other food products – 2.9 thousand TEU (+13.2%);

  • construction cargo – 2.5 thousand TEU (+0.9%).
