A deputy of the Krasnoyarsk Legislative Assembly became the head of Evenkia

Andrei Gayulsky was elected the new head of the Evenki municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The corresponding decision was made today at a session of the district council.

Let us remind you that in 2021 Gayulsky was elected by the residents of Evenkia as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region. Governor Mikhail Kotyukov nominated him for the position of head of the district.

“16 deputies out of 19 present at the session voted for Gayulsky,” reported First Deputy Governor of the region Sergei Ponomarenko.

Evenkia was previously led by Andrei Cherkasov, who was elected head in December 2020 for a five-year term.
