Storm after Elon Musk's entries on the X platform. “He got his sticks out of place”

This is the first decision of this type based on new EU regulations. The violations identified by the European Commission include, among others: lack of transparency around the 'blue X', ad repository and providing researchers with access to data. Elon Musk stated that the European Union should be abolished, to which Radosław Sikorski replied. In one of his entries, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs suggested the billionaire to “fly to Mars”.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski commented on Elon Musk's controversial entries on Monday morning in the “Graffiti” program of Polsat News. The politician said that the billionaire, as a commentator on political and social issues, “simply made a mistake”, and called him a “crazy commentator”.

The Minister of Digital Affairs said that Elon Musk's entry about the liquidation of the European Union should be “called madness”. He added that the owner of the X platform has great achievements in the field of technology and business, but “he should consider where he is looking for friends.” He also suggested that Elon Musk's actions benefit Russia.
“Because maybe the fact that he is blinded by the money of despots, including those from Russia, has changed his mind”
– added Krzysztof Gawkowski.

Jakub Wiech, a business journalist and editor-in-chief of the Energetyka24 portal, also commented on one of Elon Musk's entries attacking the European Union.
“EU countries are sovereign because they can leave the EU at any time (as the UK did). However, the rest choose to stay. This is not an occupation of the Soviet Union, but a voluntary community of sovereign states – and a good counterweight, for example, to the United States.”
— wrote on the X platform.
The conflict between Elon Musk and the European Union continues to escalate
But that's not the end. On Sunday morning Polish time, Elon Musk retweeted a shocking post. The graphic he shared shows the flag of the Third Reich emerging from under the European Union flag. The point of this post was the comparison of the Commonwealth to Nazi Germany. Shortly after Elon Musk retweeted the controversial post, the media reported that Platform X had blocked the European Commission from buying and tracking ads.
