Sudan still tops the crisis list


The International Rescue Committee, an organization founded in 1933 on the initiative of Albert Einstein, supports refugees and people displaced as a result of wars, persecutions and natural disasters. According to IRC CEO David Miliband, The global response to the crisis in Sudan leaves much to be desired. In a statement, he emphasized that the lack of appropriate actions not only fails to alleviate the situation, but even contributes to its escalation. Miliband pointed out that the scale of the crisis in Sudan is a symbolic example of global chaos.
