A 21-year-old young woman from Domnești in Argeș county died on Saturday in the house where she was staying with her friend and his family, the representatives of the Argeș County Police Inspectorate reported on Sunday.
According to them, the girl was found unconscious in the bathroom, and the family called 112, asking for the intervention of an ambulance crew. The medical personnel who arrived at the scene performed resuscitation maneuvers, but to no avail.
“A crew from the Domnești Rural Police Department went to the scene, together with a forensic specialist, from the first checks it turned out that the young woman was found in a state of unconsciousness, in the bathroom of the building where she lived with her friend and his family. A medical crew also intervened on the scene, which performed resuscitation maneuvers, but without result, later the death was confirmed”, stated IPJ officials, quoted by Agerpres.
The police claim that there were no suspicions or traces of violence, and the cause of death will be established by performing a forensic autopsy.
“In order to ensure the legal framework necessary for the checks, a criminal file was drawn up in the case regarding the commission of the crime of manslaughter, in which the police are continuing the investigations, under the supervision of a prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Court of Argeș”, the IPJ reported.
Relatives of the young woman stated that she had been complaining of intense headaches for several days and had begun to do a series of medical investigations to find out the cause of the symptoms, according to the local publication ePitești.ro.
It is not clear if until the time of his death he found out details about possible health problems.
