In the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers conducted a major raid to identify violations of migration legislation. This was reported by the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Checks were carried out in places where foreign citizens work. In the Kuraginsky district, police inspected a mine in Artemovsk, several sawmills near Kuragino and Koshurnikovo, as well as a pig farm in the village of Berezovskoye.
A total of 69 people were tested. Buccal epithelium samples were taken from 22 migrants, and all employees were checked for involvement in crimes. 11 foreign citizens were taken to the police department. As a result, 6 administrative protocols were drawn up: one in relation to the migrant, another five – in relation to two legal entities. We also collected material to verify the fact of fictitious registration (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Verification of foreign citizens
In the Minusinsk region, police examined sawmills in the regional center and the village of Zeleny Bor, as well as a timber processing complex near the industrial site of the Minusinsk electrical complex. There they tested 83 people and took 19 samples of buccal epithelium. Four administrative protocols were issued against two migrants and one legal entity. In addition, law enforcement officers collected material under Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of illegal migration).
