At the end of his career, Niță was close to signing the extension of the contract with Damac, but in the end everything entered the deadlock and he remained free of the contract. The last match played by Niță was on May 26, in the failure with 0-1 in front of Al-Iitihad.
This summer he was written about the fact that the goalkeeper who stayed between Romania's goals at last year is desired in Superliga, the variants taken into account being fast and Dinamo. None of the possibilities have yet materialized, Niță being still without commitment.

Next free of contract, Niță does not think about withdrawal, but of a new adventure, wishing to continue his career outside.

In Romania, until he went abroad, Florin Niță has twice won the title of champion of Romania with FCSB. In addition, a cup of Romania and two cups of the League passed.
In 2021, the “Romanian footballer of the year” was appointed in the prestigious investigation of the Sports Gazette, then departing Ianis Hagi (Rangers) and Nicolae Stanciu (Slavia Prague).
