1 drop in night cream – wrinkles “melt” like fog: the powerful power of a pharmaceutical elixir

Beauty blogger Lana Spesivtseva in her Zen blog (18+) told us which pharmaceutical product “works” great for both skin and hair. It can be used both as additives and in its pure form, and it is quite inexpensive.

So, vitamin E is a real godsend for self-care. It fights free radicals, which accelerate aging, and also makes the skin dense, elastic and youthful. For hair, it also acts as an antioxidant, in addition, it nourishes and accelerates its growth.

For skin:

Simply add a couple of drops of vitamin E capsule oil to your night face cream or body lotion. Mix well and use every day. But do not exceed the dosage.

For hair:

Open 2-3 capsules, distribute the oil over the entire length, you can apply a little to the scalp. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes and wash off with shampoo.

Important: Vitamin E comes in different forms; for your “beauty routine” you need “tocopherol” – look for this word on the packaging at the pharmacy. It is usually sold in capsules, but they are easy to puncture and use the oil for treatment.
