Krasnoyarsk residents are invited to comply with GTO standards

Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are invited to join the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (GTO). Tests take place at specially equipped sites in the city.

You can sign up for testing in various ways:

• through State Services – through Robot Max, enter in the search “Sign up for TRP testing” – the “Sign up for testing” button, or through the personal account of the TRP participant – section “Sign up for testing” – button “Sign up”;
• at the testing center where you plan to comply with the standards of the GTO complex, by contacting the testing center in person or by phone.

Let us remind you that the GTO is a set of exercises for meeting standards. The full name of the program is “Ready for Labor and Defense.” People of all ages can try themselves in it. You can meet the standards from the age of 6.

The program includes 18 levels, that is, age groups. For each of them there is a list of exercises and the necessary results. There are also differences between female and male testing options. For successful implementation of the GTO standards, participants are given a badge of distinction. It can be gold, silver or bronze depending on the result.
