RegioJet cancels the flight. Passengers are complaining
However, the situation on Monday morning (November 24) caused a wave of criticism. According to fly4free.pl, one of the passengers reported:
“Has anyone else had their trip to Warsaw canceled today due to the lack of wagon 4?”
Another added:
“At the start, it discouraged me from using RegioJet services. (…) I thought about driving for 3 hours standing, but I gave up…”.
The biggest outrage was the timing of the notification – the text message was sent at 8:42 a.m., when the train was scheduled to leave at 9:19 a.m.

RegioJet explains itself. “There will be a refund”
The carrier confirmed the wagon's technical problems and admitted that there was also a communication error.
“The message was mistakenly sent in Czech instead of Polish” — said Lukáš Kubát from RegioJet in response to Onet Podróże.
According to the carrier, passengers were offered other seats, including standing ones, and the possibility of a refund of the ticket cost.
“All passengers who did not make their journey have had their ticket refunded in full.” – added Kubat.
As fly4free writes, however, there are numerous comments online from disappointed customers who claim that they have lost additional funds or missed out on further transfers.
