President Karol Nawrocki on Friday in Kolbuszowa in Podkarpackie signed a legislative initiative regarding the bill on zero PIT for families who have two or more children. This proposal was part of the “plan 21” presented by Nawrocki during the election campaign.

– Signing the bill by me is nothing more than I fulfilled my election promises – argued the new president. He declared that this is what all his presidency would look like.

He assured that he would implement his “Plan 21”, which he announced during the election campaign and convinced him to politicians, because “Poles are waiting for it.”

As Nawrocki emphasized, Polish families “will always be able to count on their president.” He noted that the budget must include financial resources for Polish families.

Nawrocki: Those who dream of starting a family must know that the state supports them

In the president's opinion, our “cultural code, our identity and our duration in the future” are recorded in families. Nawrocki noted in this context that Poland is affected by a huge demographic crisis, for which – in his opinion – none of the political parties is responsible, but “Pressure of liberal-levic ideologies that deter people from starting families.”

The president said in Kolbuszowa that the project regarding the VAT exemption of families with two children is not directed against anyone. He reserved, he is not the case of the president to “review” the decisions of citizens who do not start families.

– Everyone in a free country can make their decisions and encounters various circumstances in life. However, all Polish families and those who dream of starting a family must be aware that the Polish state supports this process – he emphasized.

On Monday, the initiative will go to the Sejm on the increase in the 2nd tax threshold

Nawrocki also announced that on Monday an initiative on the increase in the 2nd tax threshold would go to the Sejm to 140 thousand. zloty.

– We must build the strength of the Polish middle class and those who are ambitious – said the president.

According to the president, the 2nd tax threshold should be raised from 120 thousand. PLN up to 140 thousand PLN not to “throw into one bag and one pool with millionaires” ambitious people.

Nawrocki in his speech also referred to information about the funds distributed under the KPO. – I do not want financial resources on behalf of 10.5 million Poles who chose “Plan 21” for saunas, solariums and espresso machines. I want financial resources for Polish families – said the president.

The president also said that in his legislative initiatives “the first elements of budget armor already appear”. He added that during the rule of the United Right VAT gap was definitely smaller.

– There are mechanisms in the Polish state and they are reflected in these legislative initiatives that give us the opportunity to raise funds due to budget armor (…) It is clear support for the National Tax Administration. This is a clear direction to increase the collection of VAT and CIT taxes especially from foreign corporations that do not pay this tax as it should – said Nawrocki.

Before coming to Kolbuszowa, the president in Cmolas met with a multi -generational family. However, before signing the bill, he laid flowers in front of the monument to soldiers and heroes fighting and killed for the freedom, independence and sovereignty of their homeland.
