❗️“This is simply living force that is wasted, like meat”: a State Duma deputy said that volunteers going to the North Military District are considered “meat and unnecessary people”
According to RTVI TV channel, Alexander Borodai admitted that the voice in the audio belongs to him, but added that his words were “taken out of context.”
In the audio recording, the deputy compares Russian volunteers with “superfluous people” who in peaceful life “receive 20 thousand rubles,” arguing that “civilian jackets” consider such citizens as those who are “of little value” and are bought “like meat.”
In the Northern Military District, they receive large sums, and the authorities “pay with their lives for the war.”
