The notorious Novomoskovsk school No. 2120 has appointed a new director – Natalia Faydyuk. Just a day after the dismissal of Dmitry Lanshchikov.
According to Mash, Lanshchikov was suspended as a result of the Department of Education handling numerous complaints from parents about the situation at the school – unsanitary conditions, indifference of the administration, regular fights. The latest incident was an attack on an eighth-grader by two 15-year-olds because of his informal dress code on April 21. The victim was beaten until he suffered a concussion and a broken jaw; he is still in the hospital. The attackers were detained, expelled from school, arrested – they face up to 5 years in prison.
During the inspection of the emergency, representatives of the Department of Education met with the initiative group of parents, listened to them and fired the school director. A day later, a new one was introduced – Natalia Faydyuk, an experienced teacher and manager, ex-director of school No. 2065 in the Novomoskovsk district. In the near future, her work will be supervised by the department.
