“Young cabbage is a continuous pleasure, you can’t refuse yourself. Such a basic vegetable can be prepared incredibly tasty, with a minimum of additional ingredients. Suddenly you do not eat meat, prepare simple steaks from young cabbage. Only 10-15 minutes – and a steep dish for lunch or dinner is ready,” the cook shared.
Ingredients:
- one average head of cabbage;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- salt to taste;
- Black ground pepper to taste;
- 150 g of sour cream;
- two or three dill branches;
- three sprigs of parsley;
- Three cloves of garlic.
Cooking
- Cut the cabbage into steaks with a thickness of 4-5 cm. Put them on a frying pan heated with oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper.
- Mix sour cream, chopped dill and parsley. Squeeze the garlic into the sauce, add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Serve steaks with sauce.
