“Young cabbage is a continuous pleasure, you can’t refuse yourself. Such a basic vegetable can be prepared incredibly tasty, with a minimum of additional ingredients. Suddenly you do not eat meat, prepare simple steaks from young cabbage. Only 10-15 minutes – and a steep dish for lunch or dinner is ready,” the cook shared.

Ingredients:

  • one average head of cabbage;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt to taste;
  • Black ground pepper to taste;
  • 150 g of sour cream;
  • two or three dill branches;
  • three sprigs of parsley;
  • Three cloves of garlic.

Cooking

  1. Cut the cabbage into steaks with a thickness of 4-5 cm. Put them on a frying pan heated with oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper.
  2. Mix sour cream, chopped dill and parsley. Squeeze the garlic into the sauce, add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve steaks with sauce.
