Ingredients:
- beet;
- carrot;
- radish;
- apple;
- garlic;
- lemon juice;
- oil;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 1 tsp. honey or sugar.
Preparation
- Grate the raw beets using a Korean carrot grater and place in a bowl.
- On the same grater, grate the carrots and radishes.
- Cut the apple into thin strips and add to the vegetables.
- Pass the garlic through a press, squeeze the juice from the lemon, pour in the oil, salt and pepper. Mix the salad thoroughly.
