I think any mother of a restless baby knows – white socks are very difficult to wash. Each trip to the site leaves dirty spots on them. Over time, they become gray, washing “as usual” is already pointless – dark traces on the heels remain. Housewife and blogger Marina Zhuravleva in her TG channel (18+) advises an unexpected combination-the old good tar soap and a weak solution of potassium permanganate. The soap is brown, the potassium permanganate is pink, and the socks are snow -white, and all without chlorine smell.
How does this work
Silent wet socks with a tar -piece piece, especially the heel and sock, and leave to “soak” for 20 minutes. Parallel dissolve in the basin a couple of grains of potassium permanganate in a liter of hot water – the color should come out as barely pink, otherwise you will get lilac socks. Attention: all grains should dissolve well. Lower your socks, cover the pelvis with a lid and forget for a couple of hours: the dirt leaves, the water becomes swamp -colored.
Final. Rinse the vapors under the tap and run a short wash with powder and a drop of stain coin. At the output – socks of white color, without a sharp aroma of chemistry. Repeat the trick once a week: cheaper than a bleach and safer for children's skin.
