At 324 km of the Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseisk highway, the traffic police crew detained a drunk driver who was transporting a small child without a child restraint.

A 62-year-old man was driving the Chery car, and his grandson was in the back seat.
“When communicating with the driver, the police smelled alcohol. The man admitted that he had celebrated his wife’s birthday the day before. The result of the examination for intoxication was 0.35 mg/l,” the traffic police said.
In relation to the negligent grandfather, protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Article 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for driving while intoxicated and under Part 3 of Art. 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for violating the rules for transporting children.
The car and grandson were given to the grandmother.
