A resident of Krasnoyarsk complained to Rospotrebnadzor about the Van Bakery confectionery located on Red Army Street. According to the man, they sold him there eclairs with mold in the filling.
The incident occurred in December last year. The applicant provided a photo as evidence.
Experts conducted an inspection and issued a warning to the owner of the catering establishment.

Warnings have been announced regarding the inadmissibility of violations of the mandatory requirements of sanitary legislation and legislation in the field of consumer protection in terms of the sale of food products of inadequate quality,” the supervisory agency said.
Krasnoyarsk residents were also reminded that in such cases the consumer has the right to demand a full refund of the money paid for low-quality goods.
