Zheleznogorsk bailiffs reinstated a local math teacher who was illegally dismissed from school.
The woman filed a lawsuit, but even after the decision in favor of the teacher, the school administration did not comply with the order.
The bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings. The institution was threatened with criminal and administrative liability, as well as the collection of an enforcement fee in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
Under pressure from the bailiffs, the school management reinstated the teacher in her previous position and provided her with a job.
