High-speed railways in Poland. Will ticket prices increase after the acceleration?


There are ongoing discussions about the speed of trains on the new Igrek line, which is to connect Warsaw through the Central Communication Port with Wrocław and Poznań. According to plans, the route is to be ready by 2035. The previous government assumed that trains there would reach a speed of 250 km per hour, however, the current authorities aim to increase this value to 320 km per hour.
