T2 launched a free voice assistant to protect all Krasnoyarsk clients from spam and fraud

T2, a Russian mobile operator, has launched a “Voice Assistant” service for customers in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is available free of charge to all subscribers. The service is designed to protect customers from spam and telephone fraud.

“Voice assistant” is an intelligent service that answers calls instead of the user. The solution simplifies the interaction with calls, especially if the subscriber is busy or does not want to answer a call from an unknown number. The service filters unwanted calls, including possible spam, and sends a text transcript along with a call recording to the T2 application or as an SMS.

The client can independently configure additional parameters of the voice assistant in the SAFEWALL section in the mobile application. For example, you can choose whether the assistant will have a female or male voice. You can also disable the service in the application.

T2 will provide service to all new and existing clients. The subscriber does not need to perform any additional actions – the service will become available automatically. In this way, the operator plans to increase the level of digital hygiene and protect its customers from annoying spam and telephone fraud.
