From 2025, the amount of one-time financial assistance to veterans of special military operations for starting a business has been increased.
Now support varies from 470 to 650 thousand rubles. These funds are provided within the framework of the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Promotion of Employment”.
The regional employment service provides support measures to facilitate the start of entrepreneurial activity. It includes entrepreneurship consulting, training, and assistance in preparing a business plan. If the project is successfully defended at the commission, citizens receive financial assistance from 235 to 325 thousand rubles.
For participants in a special military operation, financial support has been increased starting this year. Thus, a 30-year-old SVO participant from the village of Tyukhtet, Bogotol Municipal District, received 470 thousand rubles to open a car service center. With these funds, he plans to rent premises, purchase equipment and supplies.
In 2025, thanks to the support of the employment service, 247 residents of the region started their own businesses, including participants in the special operation. Citizens organized businesses in areas in which they had previously worked, or received professional training.
“Today there is a whole range of tools in place to integrate SVO participants into economic processes. In our employment centers, citizens can receive a full package of information and consulting support, personal support is provided to help a person quickly find a job or organize his own business. Increasing the volume of financial assistance when starting a business will provide additional support to special operation veterans at the start of their entrepreneurial journey and will reduce the cost of acquiring the necessary resources,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

It should be noted that in total, in 2025, over 26 thousand residents of the region were employed with the assistance of the employment service, including 1.8 thousand special operation veterans who found jobs.
Since the beginning of the year, 10.9 thousand employers have placed 150 thousand job offers. Today, 37.5 thousand vacancies are available for applicants. Many are aimed at specialists in the manufacturing industry, construction, agriculture and forestry.
