

“Due to the voltage drop below the permissible level, train movement along the metro lines is temporarily suspended. The metro is operating in shelter mode. The resumption of service will be announced additionally,” the company explained.
As of 6.30, the company's press service wrote about the resumption of train traffic on the metro line, but the decrease in voltage led to its stop.
The work of the metro in Kharkov was disrupted as a result of one of the largest attacks by the aggressor country Russia with ballistic missiles on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine on November 8. The latter led to the introduction of blackout schedules in almost all regions of Ukraine.
Context
According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Russian Federation fired 45 missiles (of which 32 were ballistic) and 458 drones into Ukraine overnight. Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down nine missiles and 406 UAVs. 26 missiles and 52 drones were hit in 25 locations, and debris fell in another four locations. The Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that information about the fall/hit of 10 Russian missiles is being clarified.
As a result of the Russian attack on Ukraine on the night of November 8, problems with power supply arose in a number of regions of Ukraine.
