The prosecutor's office demanded an investigation into the accident at the production base in Krasnoyarsk.
According to the supervisory authority, in August 2025, a serious accident occurred at the production base of one of the Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs on Semafornaya Street. While moving a metal garage, the crane fell off the rotating mechanism. In a matter of seconds, the driver operating the equipment found himself on the ground with serious injuries. He was hospitalized and underwent long-term treatment.
However, instead of immediately reporting the incident and conducting an investigation, the employer tried to hide the fact of the accident, because the employee was not officially employed. Only a month later, already during the prosecutor's investigation, information about him was received by the supervisory authorities.
“The prosecutor’s office demanded that the violations be eliminated and ordered an investigation. The commission established the employer’s guilt and issued an act confirming the fact of serious industrial injuries. The victim was paid compensation for moral damage in the amount of 200 thousand rubles,” the department reported.
In addition, the audit revealed serious violations in the field of occupational safety: workers were not informed about the conditions and risks in the workplace, were not provided with personal protective equipment, were allowed to work without mandatory medical examinations and occupational safety training, and vehicle maintenance premises did not meet safety requirements.
According to the resolutions of the prosecutor's office, the entrepreneur was fined for violations of labor protection legislation (under Parts 1, 3, 4 of Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) for 40 thousand rubles.
